WHAT is monitoring bus performance on local routes C11, 139, 328, 13, 82, 113

The bus companies all say they can't talk to us unless we give specific details of any incidents.

So please copy this form, jot down the details of any problems or good news e.g. a long wait (how many minutes?); multiple buses (how many?); driver not stopping; wheelchair ramp faulty; other.

We need to know: date; time; location; direction of travel. If you get the bus number or number plate and/or driver number, so much the better.
