WHAT cares about local issues
such as... parking... open spaces... graffiti... litter... noise... traffic congestion...
local amenities... tube safety... bus routes... station improvements... planning
issues... too many restaurants and bars... not enough shops... disabled access...

WHAT gives local people a say in local affairs -
by raising issues in the media, lobbying Camden Council and
transport companies, campaigning for better services,
taking part in consultation, organising regular public meetings,
and issuing a bi-annual newsletter to keep you up to date.

Send us your street problems!

The WHAT Committee recently met with Martin Reading from Camden. Martin is in charge of highway engineering. He has offered to act as a point of contact for WHAT members to feed in details of local streets which need repair, dead trees, broken paving stones and so on. If you have something to report, email Virginia Berridge (virginiaberridge@lshtm.ac.uk) or the WHAT email (whatnw6@gmail.com) and we will take it up with Martin on your behalf.
